The Texas Plant Protection Conference is the leading crop production conference in the southwest. The conference attendance continues to grow and over 300 are expected to attend in 2005. The 17-year-old educational conference is sponsored by the non-profit professional association; Texas Plant Protection Association (TPPA). The Conference provides a great opportunity for anyone involved in crop production agriculture to learn the latest information on new products, new technology and new scientific advances. Papers will be presented by university and private researchers, extension specialists and by industry leaders. Conference attendees represent academia, extension, research, consultants, farmers and researchers and marketing personnel with agribusiness. This year's conference will include a special section on Precision Agriculture. The Texas Plant Protection Conference offers both TDA and CCA CEU's.
